About The Founder
With multifarious career path, Miftah Zaman specialized on learning and development in the corporate and development sector of Bangladesh and abroad. He worked both as a consultant for various organizations as well as worked as an employee of a few. His career started with Enroute International Limited. Later, he has headed the training and development function for the world’s largest NGO, BRAC International, where he led the training of 10 Asian and African countries, along with a long term Diversity campaign. Also, he headed the learning and development function for LafargeHolcim Bangladesh, a renowned multinational organization in cement industry. As a consultant, he worked with BRAC, Philip Morris International, Nestle Bangladesh, Robi Axiata Ltd., Nokia Bangladesh, The City Bank, Intertek etc.
His understanding includes ‘People Management & Leadership’, ‘Professional Grooming & Business Etiquettes’, ‘Diversity & Cultural Intelligence’, ‘Coaching & Feedback’, ‘Communication Skills’, ‘Emotional Intelligence’ etc. As a social councilor to many, he has guided many people’s career development.
Aside from this, Miftah Zaman is also a known music director, tuner & singer with regular presence in the media.
